North Cyprus Estate Agents Aphrodite bros. was established in 1991 with the aim of protecting the nature and Cypriot Houses which are left in bad condition for many years. Mainly demolished because of the natural reasons – rain or not enough  maintenance.

Aphrodite Bros is found by Turkish Cypriot called Dogan Boransel (39 years old) who immigrated with his family from Paphos in 1974 after the attacks of Cypriot Greeks.
After they settled in the  Northern Cyprus, in 1991 he started buying and restoring old and demolished houses, especially in LAPTA, where he is living now.

Aphrodite Bors. had restored many houses since their foundation and known as one of the best restoration companies . Aphrodite Bros.always aimed to protect and give a heritage to the new generation each house they restored. They want the young people to see; to feel and to enjoy life with experiencing in living these homes. You don’t have to paint them from outside because they are not plastered and not painted so it is just the stone.
